3/19/2024 12:50pm I got one when they first came out about 2.5 years ago. I installed it on an enduro bike that's a bit of a hog to climb, I was impressed right away. Since then, I have bought 2 more, throwing it on an e-Bike and an, SB140LR. Now, I prefer it so much I see it going hand in hand with a seat post and I personally believe this is one of those MTB products that actually help you go faster on a bike. I can see how one can say the angle from neutral to climbing is a bit...

8/14/2023 5:38am do people really look at this and think "yea that looks great"? might just be me but the colors don't mesh well, all the gold shit is gaudy as fuck and the grey (?) fork looks weirdly out of place

jezso Added a comment about press release The New RockShox SID Family
7/28/2023 6:34am I happen to have the previous edition SID and SidLuxe in my Epic Evo. The shock is more or less a pogo stick, I'm unable to find a sweet spot with the rebound, either too fast or slow. Might be I overlook something. The fork is not too bad, I monly miss compression damper adjustment, but the bushing play is nervewrecking and also unacceptable at this level. For sure both has to go for something else, and RS products won't grace my bikes anymore.

5/6/2023 10:26am Full power e bikes aren't fun to me on the downhills. Its a completely different riding experience and for me there is a certain point, at around 19kg bike weight, where the most fun part of mountain biking isnt as much fun anymore to me, because the bike weight hinders me in executing my usual riding style. The Levo SL or Focus Jam SL i rode feel 99% like my regular enduro bike and nothing like these cumbersome full power e bikes, where you have to brake and commit to lines in steep terrain much earlier and never really feel...

jezso Added a comment about feature What's The Bottom Line? - Vital's 2022 DH Bike Test Sessions | Episode 3
9/16/2022 1:10pm One of (if not) the best review series and format I have seen for years! Keep these coming, and to be frank it was also good to see some DH content, as lately its all E. Enduro and Ebike. My pick w/o riding any of these, would be the Canfield. That bike loks like to be ideal for the steep rooty and rocky off-camber tracks (wet most of the time) I see here in the Alps.

7/11/2022 11:46pm you already have a wired display next to the shifter and the motor controller. why would you need your shifter to be wireless? or do you want 3 extra extra batteries for the controller, the display and the shifter?

4/6/2022 8:10am Would love to see an option to buy just the bottom piece eventually! It'd be nice to have the option to use the base with a different 31.8 stem.

11/19/2021 1:23am Might be keeping your bike for one or two more years would make things more sustainable.
I have used many Specialized helmet models in the past and from performance perspective they were all really good. The only reason for me not using this brand anymore, is the complete unavailability of spares, like visors, harware and the cushioning parts (at least in the geographies I was at). I wish they'd to better on this front.

10/11/2021 12:51pm That is really well done. I love the paint and graphics. Super practical build also. How much did covid play into it? Or were you still able to pick all the parts you had in mind? Either way, it looks perfect to me. Looks like a fun bike...and not to dentisty or too hipster. It's hard to find that middle ground on a project like this.

10/11/2021 12:48pm Questions then. Where can one source the frame/bike? I see you run it w/ 29" fork but 275 wheels. I'd assume the frame accepts both wheel sizes. Is that really so? Thanks!
