i've been on mine for about a month now. wicked bike. my third 29er in 8 yrs and by far the best. nimble poppy and sharp handling while more capable on steep and fast lines heading down. slack front end (mine is 67 even with a 140 xfusion trace) and stiff frame, short stays makes the bike handle exceptionally well. this is the 'next level' for 29ers and it's all good. come on Vital what say you?

size 13. still liking these shoes. i do find them to be fairly high volume, which i'm ok with. i can put in a full size super feet or even my full size orthotics in them with substantial socks. not sure how they would be for hot weather and thin socks. they keep most dirt and water spray out which i love.

great advice. was a bitch but works perfectly now. can dial in the fit much better. very interesting and weird Euro shoe, i like. did a long ride today rough Vancouver Island trail, lots of wet slimy roots and rocks, short hike a bike sections. perfect shoes for it, much grippier than anything else i've worn. more comfortable. perfect PNW shoe. one of the best bike purchases in a while. no loam in my shoes!!

how the heck did you get the keeper back on those laces? i'm doing the same thing you are but it's impossible to thread those laces back through the keeper far as i can tell...
