LOL. This entire post shows how little you know about the sport and little time you've spent between the tape. I've been in the grey on the Richie/Graves thing the whole time. In fact, if anything, I've been super critical of Richie, mostly because his apology wasn't all that accountable. That said its 100% undeniable he's an incredibly gifted and talented bike handler with the grit and work ethic to back it up. There is no "system" of doping at Yeti. I'd bet every dollar I have on that one. The only shady things they do is arrange shuttles that...

Considering costs of fielding a race team and impacts of instafuencers on marketing budgets it's gotta be hard for racers that are not at the pointy end of the stick. Esp in DH with limited riders being shown on redbull.tv. Im a huge fan of Moir and would be bummed to see him leaving DH. Is it already common knowledge...

Cam is awesome as always. Lets be honest...at this point fox, marzocchi and race face are all the same thing. This isint your dads DH3/Z1/Z2 Zokes....it's the watered down millennial marketing based version of the brand. Open bath what? Open bath who? Sucka...that's you.

The CST produced tires you referred to earlier are not really "rebranded" in the sense that CST is just selling a finished tire and companies are putting their logo on them. In all those cases companies use CST as their tire manufacturer and work with them to spec casing/compounds and generally spec their own tread profile.

CST owns and controls Maxxis. The first gen e13 tires were made at CST but current ones are not. As I understand Spech and trek are no longer made there either. Vee owns the factory and also produces tires for several other brands.

Most people don't need inserts, only if you're rolling tires, denting rims, or slicing sidewalls. Also worth noting that inserts won't prevent you from punching a hole through the tread, which is **really** easy to do with EXO, EXO+, or Snakeskin.

What should the governing body do? Not be fucking morons and use this as an opportunity to introduce reality into the system. They know damn well Maes wasn't cheating. And they know damn well he wasn't masking his blood. Yet they're STILL imposing penalty. That's a penalty that's supposed to discourage cheating which they already know he was not doing. That's a flaw in the system that they need to remedy. Chucking Mae's season down the drain over it is bullshit. It's really simple..... event doctor's note. Not your personal Ferrari doc, an independent one. No one can predict injuries...

Anyone who equates this to the Rude/Graves situation is, well, wrong.

I've had 2 pairs for about a year. Still trust them more than the RF and SRAM carbon cranks I broke in well under a year. I agree the older cranks were sub par (but no worse than the early SRAM X01 carbon cranks out there that broke a ton). The new cranks released this year and reviewed on PB recently come with a 5 year warranty. Cant say for sure but I would assume they will be good with a warranty like that or no $ would be made...

Nice to see Gwin lay out the details. People thinking some elaborate story was made up to protect e*13 might be spending a bit too much time in the comment sections of the webernets. Same thing with the general disrespect....99% of the people would walk away with their tails between their legs before saying some of the stuff they post...

I shoulda been more descriptive and explained things better in that initial comment so that I'm not having to go back and clarify now. I answered a lot of these same accusations in the other responses I made on that same Instagram post but I'll give ya guys the goods too. I was just frustrated honestly. I had just got a message from the guys at Mountain creek who took the video respectfully telling me that they weren't going to send the video around, which was kind of them. One of the guys had sent it to someone else and...

Thought it was interesting he came down to "internet peasant land" (that's what I call it) to defend the product and ask Vital to pull the post. Part of me understands this. Part of me goes "cmon dude, that is overstepping a line you don't have control over". I understand he wants to be a good business partner for his sponsors. I understand he wants to put his best foot forward. But I'm not so sure I like him trying to pull strings to keep things hidden that really aren't that big of a deal. Reminds me of how he...
