6/23/2023 4:19am Seem to recall Moir once suing he preferred organic pads? Either way, ‘metallic’ and ‘organic’ both describe a very large range of materials.

6/22/2023 9:34pm I wanted to say just that. The weird pinch zoom bug on mobile is infuriating! Additionally, I personally find the slideshow picture viewer very frustrating to use (on mobile). I appreciate that this may not be easy to change or fix, but I do think vertical scrolling through a single page is a vastly better user experience for the photo...

6/22/2023 9:26pm So, I didn't want to jam up the system with a huge list of complaints right at the time of the update. I only made my Hand of God topic but that got highjacked by a myriad of other complaints and thankfully you demoted me back to a standard forum mod. Here are my only other issues that I'ver been having... 1. In the forums, where it used to highlight in green where I had unread posts, It now is kind of random whether or not the green highlights will go away once I've read the post. MTB and head...

6/22/2023 2:24pm Yeah not a fan aye. I’m kinda glad shimano is way behind on the wireless stuff, more cable actuation for me! Although their 12s has been problematic for me. The derailleurs last on the order of months to weeks depending on riding location. Maybe I’ll just dig out the old X01 11s along with that indestructible one piece cassette and...

6/20/2023 3:33am Now that the Pivot prototype's been out in the open for a bit, I decided to review the available shots/footage of the Spesh prototype and I am almost certain there's no concentric link to the BB. There's just no clearance from what I can see, and having tried all sorts of weird link configurations in Linkage (including a six-bar one that essentially acted like the old Demo with a completely forward axle path) it just doesn't make sense in any layout. What does make sense to me is those three bolts indicating a modular BB, which I believe @paddydigital suggested...

6/18/2023 3:39pm They should stuff one of the haptic feedback motor things that Apple uses on Trackpads into the shift buttons… those things are crazy convincing! Although I’d personally prefer a mechanical shifter and derailleur any day of the week.

6/15/2023 3:13pm I’m glad you did a literature review to convince yourself, I wish more people did that kinda thing. For me, none of those devices pass the sniff test. Red flag words for these scams include: Quantum, magnets, crystals, energy, etc. If you think the stickers will make you faster, then you gotta check out the ENERGY POLARISER! Quite the bit...

6/15/2023 12:53am I’d guess it’s to stop that thing collecting mud and bringing half the track with it over the finish line.

5/15/2023 4:36am Be careful. The number of times a "grown-up" has thought he knows what's "Best" for a kid, and has backfired is currently at 23 hundred billion. Starting with Ogg jr, whose uncle wanted him to be a dinosaur hunter at age 16, all the way up to Gianni Italia Jr, who was a very fast talented MTB rider and when coaches thought they knew what he really wanted, he just quit and hasn't ridden a bike since. Please tread VERY carefully.

4/17/2023 1:41am Now that is an interesting idea! Wonder if all the Nicolai owners got together they could get a mould made for bottle that fit ‘em?

3/29/2023 3:53am Could be. You can see the data logger on the riders right fork leg. Ive just never seen anything like that mounted to the top left of the fork with a round tube. Or on the gear brake caliper. The BYB data system is mounted on the downtube.
