Hi! I rode the V1 before so I have tried the DPX2 in there but liked the more plush feeling of the X2. I'm keen on trying a coil. Size is X. Don't get scared by the "huge" reach numbers. Due to the steep seat angle it is the most comfortable climber I have ever ridden.

Note from the editors: leaks and rumors are all part of the fun here, we get it. We'll be the first to drool over an exciting pic of some bike scooped in the lift lines or out on a trail somewhere (fair game!). But when somebody "leaks" a whole new catalog of new bikes directly from the press information distributed in confidence by said brand (and still under embargo), it goes too far. In this case, Commencal asked us to take down these posts as they not only spoil their own launch party but also include embargoed information from another...

i tried alot of settings. got the base setup from trek for the slash with x2, but that didn't work. i weight 76kg (165 lbs) and got 195psi with 5 spacers. fox base settings with 6 LSC. rebound feels quite fast with the fox base setting but had just 2 days with the shock now. need a weekend in a proper bike park to get things dailed.

I weigh 185 and run 220psi for 30% sag. I started with fox recommended settings and then slowed down high speed rebound by two clicks, sped up low speed rebound by 2 clicks. Compression was similar, 2 clicks more of high speed seems to help support the midstroke for more pop on jumps. Low speed I change often depending on trails. 4 volume spacers. I am still playing but this seems to be pretty balanced and do everything well in Colorado and bike parks. I also used a 60mm stroke instead of the 57.5.
