Great article! Thanks guys. This is the first usable article writiing about a different shock being used on a stumpjumper. I would highly appreciate some more information please. You do not specify the model of Stumpjumper you tested the new shocks on, owning a regular 21 horstless carbon Stumpi confirming the model tested would help. Additionally from the pictures you show it seems you tested both the SD ultimate and a non piggy back version, right? Was the quibble with the ultimate regarding the air cap comparable to the current accessibility with the stock Fox float dps? What kind of...

please expand upon "Via some air pressure, compression, and rebound tweaking we arrived at a fork that tracked better, more effectively used its travel, and yet easily moved down the trail. We never experienced any diving or felt the fork was riding too low in its travel. Not everyone will have a professional from RockShox to correct the error of their ways. Take it from us, don't just reach for the tokens."

The latest forks from Öhlins have consistently left us very impressed, serving up great poise and control thanks to their refined air springs and carefully calibrated hydraulics. From the World Championship and World Cup winning DH38 downhill fork to the single-crown RXF 38 and 36, the range has always been focused on bigger bikes, but today Öhlins are announcing the arrival of the all-new RXF34 m.2, aimed at the burgeoning short travel trail bike or dare we say “downcountry” segment. We received a test sample a couple of weeks ago – keep reading to learn more about the new fork...

OK, weird MX guy asking a bicycle question here. Why do all MTBs have neck-breakingly low handlebar heights? Even with 30-35mm riser bars, I feel like I'm craning my neck to see more than 3 feet ahead of my front tire. I am 6'1" on a large Commencal Meta. I feel like the bike is the right size for me. Even if it isn't, all bikes I ride feel similar, from this complaint's perspective. When I ride my MX motorcycle, a seated position puts my grips about on the level with my ribs. On a bike, they are at my...
