wow, we have come a long way. Imagine sending this thing on a black diamond trail...modern geometry really gives you confidence when you grew up riding bikes like this.

I agree as I've been MTBing since about 1993 . I still own and ride an 1992 Kona Hei Hei Titanium that's pimped out  which is quite rare in itself . I've modernized it with a  Microshift 10 speed and a SID Carbon Team fork but yes the Geometry going downhill is definitely facing forward and sketch , although these older bikes climb like you're on a stairmaster due to the geometry so they go uphill very well .  My Kona is basically a BMX bike for a grown adult is the best way to put it , I use it mainly for very tight slow moving single track " basically narrow hiking trails as it's small and fits where my modern bike will not "  and gravel / rail trails but it's best suited for Urban cycling for me anyways as its quick , small and nimble weighing in at maybe 21 pounds as it's a blast to launch off of stairs and small walls. .

   But this Yeti is to die for , I'm always searching for one but they're incredibly rare , sought after and $$$$$
