5/19/2020 7:56pm This is far and away the best test/video I've ever seen with back to back slow motion of the new stuff vs competition. There is no way I'd buy this stuff (at least this version) with what I've seen in regards to chain retention, and that's some cool info to know.

3/30/2020 3:37pm Not really a bike part, but nothing replaces replaces actually knowing how to ride -- as in working with a GOOD riding coach. Just ride more, right? You'll figure it out? Check out pro motocross and notice how ALL the top 250 riders have riding coaches. Most of the top 450 guys have worked with riding coaches too. Unfortunately working...

1/3/2020 1:57pm Hmmmm .... Racing against the clock in World Cup is one thing. Racing in traffic with dudes and sponsors that have a ton on the line is another. It's probably a good thing that a rider has to be really committed to get into big time supercross. Just cause you have some good speed doesn't really mean you should be...

11/8/2019 10:27am These stupid Mo-peds (that's what they are) are hurting trail access for ALL mtb'er's. Unless you're disabled or over 75 years old, get your fat ass in shape, learn to ride, and pedal, suffer, push to the top. If you're one of those, "they're so fun! you don't get it!" Then man up and ride a dirtbike.

Captain Coyote Added a comment about feature On eMTB's and Mountain Bikes
11/2/2019 11:20am Does it have a motor? Is it a 'cycle"? Then?... Unless you're disabled or over 70 yrs old, stop being a lazy fat-ass and pedal a bike without a motor on non-motorized trails. If you want a motor, get a dirtbike. I do both. Both are mega-fun. But let's not jeopardize trail access of MTB by riding MOTORCYCLES on trails with hikers, runners, old people, dogs, blah, blah.

11/2/2019 11:13am Would you please tell me what differentiates a mountain bike from a dirt bike, i.e. at what point does a bicycle become a motorcycle? I’m not necessarily opposed to ebikes but the fact that they have a motor, tiny or large, makes them a motorcycle of some sort and it’s an incorrect categorization to include them with bicycles. Edit 1.1: Asking @yetimike2019 and anyone else that thinks ebikes are mountain bikes as this is something I have a hard time wrapping my head around.

11/2/2019 11:12am Ummmm, add's very little distance? What? You can get about 4-5 times the distance with an e-bike.

11/2/2019 11:09am A bike that turns everyone into Nino Schurter on climbs, allows beginners access to the highest (often rowdiest) trails and doubles the distance/trail degradation they can do in the same time is a completely different sport. Yes I’ve ridden a couple. My comments stand.

11/2/2019 11:08am Buy a dirtbike. Ride it on the track or trail. They're super fun to climb! Ride your MTB on MTB non-motorized trails. The problem is they're GONNA HURT TRAIL ACCESS FOR MOUNTAINBIKING! You're probably right in that e-bikes will get cheaper and better and than way more people will ride e-MTB. And we will lose trail access and be denied it on future trails because now we're all riding electric pedal assisted motorcycles (that's what they are!!!) on what are intended to be non-motorized trails with hikers and dogs and old people. MTB is already the Bad Guy of user...

11/2/2019 10:59am I think the real solution is some kind of EMP device that can be deployed when getting passed by ebike on a climb. Not sure how it could be done without damaging the Ebike in some way though, something that I do not endorse.
