Seems he follows Mondraker bikes..not the team. Assuming he followed them since his time on MS. He also follows MS Racing..the team..I also assume from his time racing with them. He also follows Unno bikes. Don't think we can read too much into these

Generally when someone leaves on bad terms the don’t cross post the farewell along with their employer. Angel moving on felt inevitable, he hasn’t had the results. I don’t think Frameworks will bring on someone big. I think they stick with what they have and Neko brings on a couple young kids. That feels like what his niche is right now, building the future of racing.

It's possible that may have just been the most convenient substitute if DVO didn't have a double crown fork available at the time. SR Suntour manufactures DVO's fork castings, shock bodies, etc, AFAIK -- don't know if they're also responsible for any of the internals. The two companies have a close working relationship from what I understand.
