Hi dude, I have a question for you ! Is it the custom stickers kit "metallic cooper" from fanatik bike on your frame ? If it is , do you think it's match with the colour of renthal stuff ?? Thks in advance guys! Sorry for the English, I'm a fucking french. ...

Nice bike! I am looking at the wreckoning frame and I am not sure about the sizing. How tall are you and would you describe the bike as long and stable or more playful and twitchy?

Definitely long, stable, and DH stiff. But also very responsive and compliant. Feels like a 'big' bike and is for sure more to handle than it's 27.5 counterparts, but still shreds turns and holly lord does it go on the fast, loose, gnarly stuff. Incredibly stable at high speeds, AND it also climbs really well imo. The uphill traction of the delta system is amazing. I'm 5'5" and fits perfect.

To sum it up in my view; the bike has insane DH capabilities, shreds turns, super stiff, and climbs surprisingly really well. Super balanced with 160 f/r. The delta suspension system is exceptional, has tons of traction both up and down, super plush, bottomless, but responsive feel. Not as playful as a Following but responds soo well, specially at high speeds. The faster, gnarlier, and steeper it gets, the bike seems to ride even better, feels so planted! It's almost a DH bike that climbs, so if you don't ride too many gnarly, steep, DH stuff, it might be too much for tamed trails. It is my all time favorite machine.

Trying to decide between this and the new Enduro 29

    Choose right. Only Evil.

Based on price alone, if you compare both bikes' premium builds, Evil is cheaper. But Spec does have more dialed details as a huge brand should have. I think most top tier bikes are incredibly capable machines that most regular riders could not discern the exact advantages/disadvantage of each. It's more about the feel each bike gives when is ridden. Evils are FUN, sweet riding bikes.

hamncheez2003 Evil pedal better when You get up, on the sprint. On saddle in easy terrain it is not best pedaling bike on the world

From what I've read, I'm guessing the Enduro would pedal better, but the Evil is longer, lower, and more aggressive on the downs and through the rough.

Are those orange or yellow decals?

  • MateoPateo

    3/13/2017 8:07 AM

Neither. They are metallic copper! as sold in Fanatikbike.com

Okay, good, because if it was orange, I'd have to kill you.
