Is there enough clearance in the rear to run a 741 with a 2.35 tire? Just wondering if you intentionally are running a different rear rim for clearance reasons. Thanks,

Hey Spark. There is enough
clearance to run the 741 with a 2.35 tire but it is still very close. You may get some frame rub depending on how low you run your rear tire pressure. I'm using a Stans rear rim because I cracked my rear 741 rim and it was wayyyy cheaper to replace it with a Stans Flow EX rim.

Rad bike!!! I have a 17 alloy build on the way..
2 questions: 1. Do you prefer 140mm or 150mm? 2. Do you prefer the Fox or the Pike?

Thanks Scootch. To be honest overall I prefer the Fox at 150mm. The Pike at 140mm is great for tight twisty slow speeds but When things get rowdy the extra slackness that the 150mm fork provides feels better. Plus I feel that the Fox is just alittle bit more plush.
