Do you browse in private/incognito mode, clear your cookies regularly, use a VPN, have privacy-oriented browser plug-ins, etc.? Are you on a mobile or desktop device, and what browser are you using? I appreciate your help with this.

Why the postal code and city are mandatory fields in personal information? What is the purpose of collecting such information?
You may have noticed that this info is displayed in the forum and on a user's profile. We think this gives other users context and can help build community on the site. If you're not comfortable with sharing that info, you can put whatever you want in those fields (we don't verify it).
Not sure what the status with notifications is like, but if I click 'subscribe to notifications' button under a topic, I don't get them. Revisiting the topic shows I'm still subscribed. I think if I reply, I get the notifications.

Are you saying that you're not receiving on-site notifications, emails, or either? In your Manage Notifications settings, you have My Subscriptions set to only receive on-site notifications, so you wouldn't receive emails.
I'm talking about email notifications. I mostly get emails if I reply to a topic. If I only click subscribe, I don't get them.
EDIT: I see the setting now, changed it to have it on e-mail as well.
Interesting that there are only 5 threads in the subscribed list, the ones I didn't reply, but I clicked to notify me of new posts. For all the other threads where I'm active, where I'm also subscribed (at least the button at the end of the thread says so) and am receiving the e-mails, those threads are not on the list.

I also feel that returning from a topic back to main listing (navigation latency) is comparably slower than usual forums in internet. It feels like the browser is loading the page all the way from scratch and not from cache. I'm not an expert on this but the delay is right on the edge where it feels irritating.
Other than these small glitches the content and contribution for this forum is absolutely diamonds.

The only pinned thread I can see on the Hub is the Lenzerhiede one, is that intentional?
yep, i tweaked the pinned posts yesterday.
Noticed the 3 little dots (edit, report etc) are showing up inconsistently (seems to be per-thread, not per-post). Couple examples are this thread https://www.vitalmtb.com/forums/hub/2026-lenzerheide-world-cup-downhill?page=3#comment-815186 and the thread we're in here.
