Are you saying that you're not receiving on-site notifications, emails, or either? In your Manage Notifications settings, you have My Subscriptions set to only receive on-site notifications, so you wouldn't receive emails.

Approximately how long does the captcha last? Is it only once per session? Are you using a VPN or browsing incognito?

Sorry about this. Are you getting captchas with every page load? Every session? Help us understand the frequency. Also, is there anything unusual about your setup? Do you browse in private/incognito mode, clear your cookies regularly, use a VPN, have privacy-oriented browser plug-ins, etc.? Are you on a mobile or desktop device, and what browser are you using? We've been bombarded this year by AI bots. This is something many sites have been experiencing. This junk traffic drives up our hosting costs, and can slow the site down for regular users. I'm not seeing that problem. What model of device, OS version, and browser are you using? If you haven't updated your OS and browser in a while, that's always a good start.

The problem of email notifications not being sent has been addressed. Let me know if you're still not receiving them. As far as consolidating notifications, we'll look into that.
