Cypress is alleged to be the venue.
Got info on hardline at Cypress in West Vancouver during Canadian Thanksgiving. But hey could be wrong.
Not to be a Karen. But WBD and UCI get consistent blame for killing enduro. But here we have some killer news, with world champs at THE iconic enduro venue and it has not made the slightest impact on here, the pink place or social media.
Maybe Enduro is just settling into its post birth and boom place?
Not a mention of the world snowbike champs happening this weekend. It's almost as if it doesn't register in the minds of anybody in the mountain biking world.
What a pity, eh ?
The best rider on an arguably the best bike, looks scary
I thought the rear suspension did not look very well set -up in some clips. But I agree with your overall sentiment. That bike and Vali is gonna be a huge handful for the rest of the women racers. That YT is just a stiff, physical and pretty one-dimensional bike compared to what's possible on a V5.
Although the other girls ain't gonna be sitting still. So it's prob gonna be a very exciting year of racing
The fact it's on at the same time as the opening ceremony and week one of the Winter Olympics is also quite the joke hhahaha
They even moved the first game of the 6 nations to Thursday to avoid clashing with the opening ceremony
the what?
VALI! looks so fast, strong and fit...also nice to see her back in a D4 and TLD kit-it's where she spent most of her helmet and kit years and just looks right on her. As long as she keeps reminding herself that this is just bikes, fun, she will be hard to beat in an overall title chase.
If you're not in the UK, Ireland, France or Italy, it doesn't matter! Rugby union
She seems to be enjoying her offseason. Spotted her watching the Olympics this morning.
Her girlfriend is Mathilde Gremaud, a Swiss freeskier (defending Olympic champion). So it makes sense that she is present at the event.
Matters very much and I’m in Canada. Heading over to see Ireland vs Wales in a few weeks.
Hope they're both on better form when you go to see them. At least Bundee will have seen off his suspension by then.

What Is BC Bike Fest?
BC Bike Fest brings together world-class racing on sick singletrack, anchored by a central festival basecamp and the best damn aprés in mountain biking.
The Festival HQ is at the Cowichan Exhibition Grounds, which is smack dab in the middle of 3 diverse trail networks: Maple Mountain (XC), Mount Tzouhalem (Enduro), and Mount Prevost (DH). This gives everyone quick access to a huge variety of riding from one home base.
Beyond the racing, the weekend includes live music, bike demos, and just-the-right-amount-of-chaos side events like the Rambo Bike Relay and Bike Toss. Race hard during the day, then kick back, swap stories, and lean into the festival vibes.
Produced by the team behind BC Bike Race, often described as summer camp for adults, BC Bike Fest delivers everything you want in a weekend of mountain biking.

Anyone have Cannonball updates? Elites should be on track now.

Merci
Well, the calendar says "2026" now, a new year is here, looks like just another year of Troy Brosnan still being one of the absolutely fastest riders in the world, business as usual...
Tyler Ervin and Kai Burleson for a Costa Rica Open DH POV
Does Anyone know why Ollie Davis was a DNS at cannonball?
Some good riders entered for next week's Crankworx

Insane that Madeline Lloyd, who is either 13 or recently 14 had the fastest Women's time of the day, besting Jenna Hastings by 0.6 seconds. Calling it now, Maddie Lloyd for Junior World Champ in Durango 2030 (if the category still exists. If not, then elite world champ).
Did they have a different track or something? Couple people in that cat put down top 5 pro times.
