UPDATED AUDIO with the brand's founder

Spotted in Finale Ligure is this new UK carbon enduro bike prototype featuring a high pivot design that gets 160mm of rear travel. The brand is called Arbr and this is the Saker model. There are two protos currently in final testing. They're made in the UK and availability is still TBD.

Linkage is probably a variation of Weagles Evil DELTA style which is a pull rod and bell crank.

My guess is that the linkage extends forward and down a bit in front of the visible pivot point (explaining that huge bulge underneath) and the rear end pulls on a rod that connects to it.

Not really. The pivots are a bit off, but in general it's somewhat like that (the pull link us mounted lower down on the rocker, making it turn counter clockwise).
