The Good
Strong, stable, not disposable
The Bad
The only thing I don't like was the cost, but I've got my original set from a couple years ago. They look like they went through Afghanistan (and they could probably survive an IED) and I'm stoked they are still just like new functionally despite being beat on lots of rocks.
Overall Review
Iguess at the end of the day I'm stoked that I've got the widest platform out there, and I see some of my buddies with the new 'lightest' thing every year. That's the thing though, they get new stuff every year and it all looks like garbage (as in disposable) to me. I just want my bike to work and my pedals have been at it since 2008. The Good
Handling, geometry, ride quality. I also like suspension that does not blow through travel. The progressive rate this bike has keeps the pedals off the ground but still corners in a sweet spot so to speak.
The Bad
It isn't the lightest, but that's far less important to me than the handling, which is like gold.
Overall Review
There is lots of good with this frame, but mostly it comes down to the ride. For me it is a super good race bike in the respect that the closer I am to the limit the better it performs. It is really good on the edge (probably because of the setup I'm running, long and slack) and is reassuring in races.

Bearings have lasted me a long time now. Good sized platform at a good price.
The Bad
Not a good grip with a thin layer of debris
Overall Review
This pedal really isn't to bad overall. The platform size feels great on my wide feet and I don't get any pressure points on the bottom of my foot like some others. I did however find that when I was riding in either wet conditions and an ever so thin layer of mud got in the fine grooves I lost a ton of grip. I also got that with really fine dirt and then I was relying on the pins which by themselves weren't great. If you are looking for a good ol' flat pedal for jumping or anything like that

The Good
This helmet is definitly awesome for the price range. It has the feeling of being durable and strong without feeling to heavy.
The Bad
The sizes are way to broad. I like all individual sizing from small-XL however this particular helmet is combined with sml/med and then Lrg/XL.
Overall Review
This helmet is a great helmet if your not looking to spend to much, but want the best bang for that price range. It would be great for some amature level downhill racing and freeride, however I wouldn't recomend it for highspeed and impact crashes.

Big improvements over the old Micro Knobbies

The Good
The MK2 is the updated version of the Micro Knobby. The biggest change is the center strip of tread (see the pic? ^^^). The knobs in the center are now inverted - this fixes the durability issue the old ones had.
The Bad
Cornering traction in loose dirt, but then again it's supposed to be a fast rolling and nearly slick tire. Outer knobs have potential to wear quickly given their small size.
Overall Review
Light weight. Super fast rolling. Make a rad sound when cornering. Improved durability. Two thumbs up!

Knurling is tackee and creates an 'as one' feeling

Well, if your on the fence about some grips, wrap your greasy hands around a pair of these at your local bike shop and you'll fall in love. Buy them and lock'um on, worth the loot. Its all about control in a relationship. Slightly smaller diameter than most, if you prefer a more absorbing, thicker grip then try the Rogue. If you get the white ones, keep'um clean with watered down simple green habitually. what ever you do. ride bikes.
