Overall Review
Looks can be deceiving. With an aesthetically clean and appealing to the eye 150mm travel frame design, a coil shock, and geometry that isn’t radical, Orbea’s Occam LT poses the question- Is it a trail bike, an enduro bike, or simply a modern-day mountain bike ready to take on whatever climb, descent or trail obstacle thrown its way? Highlights Carbon frame 29-inch wheels 150mm (5.9 inches) of rear wheel travel // 150mm (5.9 inches) fork travel Coil shock Asymmetric Design Tapered headtube Fully

2022 Canyon Strive CFR Bike
Overall Review
When Canyon launched the current generation of the Strive in 2019, misgivings regarding the conservative geo somewhat overshadowed the ingenious “ShapeShifter” and other qualities of the bike. Online expert opinion notwithstanding, that bike did go on to win the EWS overall under Jack Moir, albeit with some tweaks in the form of longer forks and a taller lower headset cup to slacken the head angle. For 2022, Canyon went back to the drawing board to develop an entirely new Strive, which looks a

OneUp Components EDC Lite Tool
The Good
Installs faster than it takes to watch the video. Can be re-tensioned trailside using the tool itself.
Always handy for park laps.
The Bad
No spoke tool
Overall Review
The One Up Components EDC Lite is a perfect tool for bike park laps where you don't need things like a chain breaker. It's sole function is to always be there to tighten a loose bolt that would send you coasting back to the bottom of the bike park for your hex keys or torx wrench. I finally bought one after last week casually pedaling to the top of Ride Kanuga bike park when a guy asked me for a tool. I don't ride with a pack or water at the bike park. Felt awful being as unprepared as he was

Vital Review - Kona Process 153 DL 29
Overall Review
Pedal up. Party down. Repeat. The 2022 Kona Process 153 DL 29 is still the gravity shredding animal with playful attributes that we grew to love in previous iterations. With some updates to the geometry, it is now even more capable on the steep stuff. At a very reasonable price point, this year’s Process 153 DL 29 may appeal to many riders who are ready to take their all-mountain/enduro game several levels up. The Process 153 DL is incredibly fun to ride on all sorts of trails; from all-day

Crankbrothers Highline 11 Dropper Seatpost
Overall Review
Using carbon parts to make a dropper post is nothing new, but that still doesn’t mean that it’s commonplace. Crankbrothers is choosing the less traveled path by not only using carbon, but using it for the stanchion of their new Highline 11 dropper, which has helped them create a light and smooth post for those looking for something a little different. We’ve had a unit out on the trails for a couple of months now - keep reading to find out what we think of it. Strengths Weaknesses Light Smooth

Vital Review - Specialized Status 160
Overall Review
The second generation of the Specialized Status was introduced in 2019 as a purpose-built mixed-wheel trail bike, something Specialized is no stranger to. The latest iteration from Specialized sees some slightly different geometry and a consumer-direct option to have the bike delivered right to your door at a price that won’t break the bank. Focused on fun with an impressive level of versatility, it is a great representation of an affordable do-it-all bike and a great option for people
