Equipped with more than 20 functions and lighter than a smartphone (135 g), the Hassle’off eliminates all mechanical challenges on the road so riders have the freedom they were always looking for. This super compact lifesaver for the bike can be attached directly to the frame.

Fitting like the perfect puzzle, the space for each tool is optimized for easy access and usage. This allows you workshop-level applicability even on the road.

At the heart of the Hassle'off is the Essential8, a lightweight multitool with magnetic bit-in-bit technology containing all common bolt sizes (Hex 8,6,5,4,3,2.5,2 / Torx 25). Its stainless-steel construction and high leverage make this multitool a workshop-quality product that meets the highest quality standards.

The Essential8 magnetic multi-tool weighs just 33 grams and is compatible with all common bit sizes.

The magnetic bit-in-bit solution contains all common sizes (hex: 2 to 8 and torx T25).

We all know the hassle of losing bits during usage. The magnetic interface on the top of the Hassle’off safely stores any bits while repairs are in process.

One of the big hassles remaining with tubeless setup is when cuts in the tire are too large to be sealed by sealant alone. No problem with the Hassle’off’s integrated plug solution: the easily accessible Plug Tool. Its side-loader shape makes it easier to insert the plug into the tool, and the twist-shape ensures the ideal positioning of the plug when it is pushed into the tire. With a Swiss Army knife-style cutting tool integrated, cutting off the excess parts of the plugs is a piece of cake. Inside there is also enough storage for replacement plugs

Quickly accessible: When a hole in the tire is too big to be sealed with sealant, the Plug Tool makes it a breeze to stuff plugs into the tire for a fast and safe seal.

The twist-shape ensures ideal positioning of the plug when it is pushed into the tire.

The side-loader-shape ensures ideal positioning of the plug when it is pushed into the tire.

Additional bits for the Essential8 can be stored in the free space inside the Plug Tool, safely held in place by the magnet.

With the Swiss Army Knife-style Cutting Tool, excess parts of the plugs can be cut off easily.

Inside the Cutting Tool, extra replacement plugs can be stored.

What really makes the Hassle'off stand out from other solutions is the modular design with attachments on the side and top for other equipment, therefore customizing the kit to the needs of each rider. The Velcro strap can be used to fix a pump, a CO2 cartridge, a tube or even a banana. To create a holistic ecosystem, milKit will provide a range of tools that can be directly clipped onto the sliding interfaces.

Flexibility: Thanks to both interfaces, the Hassle’off can be easily customized for every ride and according to the needs of the rider.

The included clip with Velcro strap can be used to fix a pump, a CO2 cartridge, a tube or even a banana – thinking of every eventuality!

The other stand out element is the precise fusion of the chain breaker into the tire lever to save space, as well as magnetic compatibility with the Essential8. All individual components are multi-functional - the chain breaker can be used as a spoke wrench and valve core tool, and the tire lever also has an integrated space for clipping two chain links.

Incredibly compact: The Essential8 and Chain Breaker merge into the Tire Lever with an integrated Chain Link Holder. Magnetic compatibility means iIndividual components snap cleanly into place.

The Chain Breaker can be used with the 3 mm bit of the Essential8 tool.

The Chain Breaker with its incredibly smart design can be used as a spoke wrench...

...and as a Valve Core Tool, with which the valve core can be tightened and loosened quickly.

The 3-in-1 tool can be connected to the side of the Valve Core Tool with the Tire Lever by snapping it into place.

The Tire Lever can be equipped with two Chain Link Holders that are magnetically integrated.

The Hassle’off is produced from robust and glass-fiber reinforced high-performance material as well as stainless steel to ensure the best possible quality.
