I found shimano brakes to offer quick bite which gives them their on/off feel, but they don't offer much more power after that even when you pull harder. Shimano brakes also seem to produce less power the closer you run them to the bars. I switched from XT 4 piston brakes to Code RSCs. The Codes have less aggressive bite, but produce more ultimate stopping power if you keep pulling.

Yikes!! I didn't want to be negative without giving the new promoter a chance but this video is not really next level. I was expecting it would be like a teaser of what the WC coverage could be but there is not much to see here: no runs, barely any results, and a cringe amount of slow-mo.. I've already felt let down by the first 2 rounds EDR coverage.. Is GMBN/ESO/UCI going to kill DH racing?

The FSA is a piece of junk... The ChrisKing Headset has been flawless for the past year Anycase,I've never intended to use the +1/-1 Headset cups though. But, yes you are right, the Drop 5 wont work properly with the offset cups. I do have a Dropset 2 (if i recall) that was slightly shimmed to work with my previous stumpjumper, if ever i need to use the offset cups, i may use this modded Dropset 2 instead (it should work)

Been riding nothing but the Specialized 2FO clip lite since 2013. In fact, when my 1st pair bit the dust I bought 2 replacement pairs just in case they discontinue the shoe.
