11/13/2017 8:43am My mrs rides heaps, and rinses gear, the chain and front chainring of her eagle groupset are still original and in great shape, despite her bike being 10 months, 4 rear derailleurs, 5 bottom brackets and 4 back wheels old. by comparison the xx1 chainrings lasted her a month until the steel version came out.

I feel like I've been forgotten.. but I built up my mates Taniwha on Monday, it's insanely nice, and now Tim is riding way faster than me, hmmm maybe there is something in a new bike.. and after seeing it at the new Christchurch bike park yesterday three more people are heading to order one for themselves.. r18 and contagious

The shifting is weird until you get used to it but then if you return to a derailler you find that it's shifting is also weird. It takes a fair time before you retrain yourself to use advantages but they are there.

Hey thanks, great work Sven! I think it captured the not serious approach to funduro just right. As well as the video rockstar racing established 1996 put up, and starred in there is also this video http://www.vitalmtb.com/videos/member/Its-tricky,26502/uphillsg,11923 which gives another hint at the thought process of a home builder!

Looking sweet, but I think you have missed putting the lockring which holds the belt sprocket on the gearbox output shaft on.
