Edit: thought it was the settings, but looked at the episode again. It seems they are looking at telemetry-data. But that does not confirm that the live-valve dingus is the telemetry.

Whether a company has a “stock” fox tune, or a custom tune (yeti, ibis, Norco) doesn’t really matter if it’s the same across the size range. Bolting the same shock on an xs all the way up to an xl, still leaves the ends of the spectrum at a disadvantage. Ibis did the roxy tune for a long time on the smaller bikes which definitely benefited lighter riders. We’ve seen proof of these issues by using a motion instruments device under lighter and heavier riders. Brand A was running a rather firm tune across all the sizes, which feels great...

Unfortunately, 99% of riders who are well versed in setting up suspension are blinded by confirmation bias and the inability to precisely know how changing one variable will effected the other variables. How would you know the rebound is too slow? If your sag is set correctly and you're not bottoming, how do you know you're not blowing through the midstroke? Is the average stroke position of your fork greater than the shock, causing greater arm/hand fatigue? Is the average stroke position of your shock greater than the fork, creating a rearward unbalance and lack of grip on the front...

Unfortunately many popular frame manufactures do not match the correct shock/tune with the specific frame correctly. They believe they do, but many stock tunes can not reach the appropriate rebound speeds. This issue should be fixed soon though with the help of affordable telemetry.

Not doing a good tape job can cause too much sealant to get under the rim tape and deactivate the tape's adhesive. This can cause the tape to lift and will make a proper seal impossible. Probably the cause of your week long issue. Also, after you inflate the tire you should go for a quick ride around the block. Sealant will swash around, plugging every manageable leak. Like the article says, "Orange Seal is unique in that it coats the inside of your tire entirely." Got to swash it around to coat the tire, not just adding sealant and...

Steve Wentz is one of the coolest, nicest and most skilled riders to ever show up at the Freedom 40. He walked up our technical shore/jump trail eyeing all of the sections and then rode the whole thing first time. It took me quite a few more and I built the damn thing. Smiles the whole way.

Laughing my ass off the moment the 1st song played Also it would be nice if you could do the same thing but with DH bikes, and throw in some bikes with a lot of rearward travel bikes like K9's or a canfield would be interesting
