1/26/2015 4:37am the token's only change the volume of your air chamber, making it more or less progressive depending on how much you have to change the travel and if it is like the pike you have to change the shaft

12/8/2014 4:18pm i would sugest you an enduro bike, 650b or 29, you can do every thing with them and they are properly fun, and since you are a big guy probably the 29 suits you better what is you budget?
