Also interested in hearing what people have been playing with. I might retire some TRP eventually and was thinking about trying TRP levers with Maven calipers. Maven power unfortunately ruined my TRPs haha, but would be nice to have a lighter lever pull on the Mavens. Shimano levers could be an option to apparently from MTBR.

Like mentioned V2s seems quite sorted and fairly recent. Shorter travel bike and a Dreadnaught-E with Avinox M2 seems to be the next bikes out of the oven

I think Forbidden will come up with a short travel crab bike eventually. Rocky mountain element before the flex stay would be also a good and lightweight option.

I quite enjoy the Oak lever. the stiffer lever feeling helps a bit (IMO) and almost feels like there is more power with less force while pulling hard on the brakes. in Canada Pro MCs are quite expensive with tariff and everything so made more sense for me going with Oak. Having less free stroke would be a nice upgrade...

Interesting brake set up! Anyone else have Maven/Frankenstein brake set up with Maven calipers? Waiting on a bike with Mavens and curious what people has done with different levers. I saw on other forums some people did Maven calipers with shimano levers? May have some trp dhr levers laying around the spare bin parts and would be curious how it...
