7/22/2023 5:22pm Hahaha we recorded a fresh B Practice Pod this morning chatting about U.S. Natty Champs, and we talked about the front tire test a bit. I had to give Dak credit for hyping up Vee tires since we all liked the Attack HPL. But turns out he's never ridden that tire and always runs the Attack FSX. Go figure! He said he likes the FSX because it reminds him of a DHR II. Also, the podcast will go live sometime in the next few hours.

3/1/2023 5:38pm i posted this in tech forum - "agreed that price is heavy and not for everyone/most riders. fwiw, if shock is sent in for service each year, warranty is reset for another year, not to mention if you get a new bike, they'll configure the shock to the new bike. when we were w/ darren, he said that shock #47 from 2016 (or some long-ass time ago), came in for service, still going strong. different ways to perceive 'cost' or value." the personalized/tuning/customer service aspect of it all may be worth the price for some. made in USA? if you...

12/19/2022 9:47am Howdy! The leverage curve tapers off a bit at the end to near linear, so it will be a bit tricky to prevent any bottom outs. Personally, I wouldn't be too worried about using full travel if it isn't harsh. I haven't used a coil on the bike, but I would suggest a custom tune before you get a new spring. If anything, talking to a tuner will get you pointed in the right direction. Every aftermarket shock comes with a stock tune, and you will most likely see significant improvement in control with a well tuned compression circuit. A...

7/25/2022 7:29pm Wow that was awesome! Huge thanks to everyone involved. I’m very stoked that for the most part nowadays the MTB community is open and accepting, but 10 years ago when I was first getting into it, it wasn’t. We’ve made some great strides since then, but stuff like this can only help. 10 years ago when I was a confused teenager, hearing a podcast like this would have been an absolute game changer. Thanks Vital and Jason for putting this together, and Cheddar, fuck yea dude keep being you and advocating for the queer community. Thank you so much for...

7/25/2022 7:29pm This was truly one of my favorite interviews I’ve heard in a long time. While I’ve had the pleasure of digging with Austin, and working a bit with him on bike infrastructure planning at Bogus Basin, I really wish I had had the opportunity to get to know him better while I was in Boise. I challenge anyone to find someone more motivated, harder working, or more stoked for mountain biking. Boise is so lucky to have people like Austin, Braydon Bringhurst, Kevin Lillywhite, and so many others creating an absolutely fantastic biking community.

7/21/2022 9:21am
Launched back in December of 2021, the Orbea Rise H made its grand debut as the aluminum alternative to the carbon Rise M. Following Orbea’s lightweight e-bike philosophy with Shimano EP8 RS motor, the Rise H features the same 140mm of travel and identical geometry to its carbon counterpart but makes use of a bigger battery. Since the release, we have had the privilege to spin the Rise H10 through various terrain and weather conditions to conclude a long-term review. Highlights Aluminum frame with high-polish finish 29-inch wheels 140mm (5.5 inches) rear wheel travel // 150mm (5.9 inches) fork travel...

7/20/2022 6:59pm Austin is one of the hardest working and dedicated people I have ever met, so stoked for everything he is doing for Boise. He is helping to build a scene that the groms can take advantage of and flourish under. It will be cool to see all the rippers coming out of the Bogus Basin scene in 5 years or so!

7/20/2022 3:05pm You don’t need to understand anything? Fascinating. In the spirit of posting random links, here is a heterosexual cop twerking with a member of the lgbtq community during a pride event. He sadly died from cancer after heroically serving at the twin tower attacks on 9/11. https://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/nypd-officer-twerked-parade-dies-9…

7/20/2022 2:20pm That's unfortunate. There is a lot of information in the last third of this interview that can help someone like yourself understand the queer community. It might be tough to have your thoughts challenged, but change fosters growth.

7/20/2022 2:20pm Unfortunate but such is life – the best part of freedom is its free and for everybody. As Jason mentions, should you change your mind, we deep dive into the idea of personal freedom, identities, honesty, and self-expression. I hope life treats you well and is enriching <3 #WithDeepLoveFromTheQueers

7/3/2022 4:30pm These bikes are great, but if you can only have one bike, I say move up a class. Awesome bikes though if you can have a big bike for park days, travel, etc.
