ya, strange one if true. PFR should have been rebranded BK Lifestyle Racing a long time ago, as it seems the primary reason Bernard runs that team is to fund his own preferred lifestyle. A guy who's so close to consistent top 10s like Maples needs better I feel.

Can we identify some key characteristics of companies at risk? Based on previous points: - lots of debt / high debt servicing cost - high manufacturing costs compared to peers - lack of differentiation compared to the market - weak market share - mediocre value proposition - ??? This is a great discussion, BTW.

You are totally right! I owe a ton to Donny and the Southridge crew for everything they've done over the years, both for my racing career and the racing scene in SoCal. I've always been shocked at the names that have come out of Fontana, considering the terrain. But that does go to show how having solid competition raises the bar for everyone.

That is great news! I know they have been teasing the V3 coming soon. I'm definitely going to shoot them an email and see if we can work something out! I love the approach they have with their bikes focusing on durability and simplicity. Also, they have usable stack heights for tall riders.
