Go to another bike shop. They will likely be able to order the parts from the first shop, and then sell them to you for RRP. Dealer sounds like scam artists

just buy extra shims from a suspension/moto place and add remove as desired. want more compression, add some 0.15s. want less rebound take out a shim or 2. shims are all 9mm ID
