It's gonna be crazy how hungry he comes back! Heal up Sam, I think his competition should take this as a gift, but know its going to be a crazy 2011 season for how fast Hill will be going. Bummed we wont get to watch him kicking butt this season, hopefully he will be back for the Finals

@thevish listen to AT's recommendation of pushing down the front end a bit, this will push the seat between your knees a bit more and will help keep your feet planted on the pedals. toe overlap has a few factors, headangle, cranklength, and TT length along with where your foot sits on the pedal. I tend to throw my bars spins pretty fast, this helps on small just and on bigger jumps allows you to double bar, or add in a combo trick. the forces are more noticeable the slower the bars are spun
