Additional Info
I'm coming off a V6 Nomad MX, Pivot Firebird, Transition Sentinel and Spire from 2024/2025. The SB165 pedals better, dives into pockets easier, and puts the power down incredibly well. Yeti has crushed it with the new SB165! My favorite overall bike to date.
The new 2026 Shimano XTR Di2 shifts like a dream, and works perfectly fine with the Sram XO1 cassette and chain!
The Trickstuff Maxima's feel better on this platform, was running my Direttissima for a short bit. The Maxima allows you to modulate into the power a bit better on the faster or gnarlier techy descents.
The Enve M730's are tried and true, can't fault them or the I9 Hydra's.
Overall this is my favorite Enduro build to date. It dances up climbs like a short travel trail bike and absolutely eats up the chunk. The SB165 is a solid 10/10 would recommend. 😁
