Interesting, the fascination of e-bikes is so strong that you prefer to play with pets. Thank goodness I don't have an e-mtb

"'Exciting' stuff doesn't always land in our office for product testing." I wonder if, and I'm just spitballing here, you could maybe reach out to manufacturers of exciting new products and ask them for test products instead of just waiting to see who ships something to you. Now that we're brainstorming, even if manufacturers didn't want to send you a product for free, I guess you even buy it to test. Crazy ideas, I know.

I should also point out that whatever Gwin and Wyn were trying, it obviously wasn't working. Looks like the main line is the line through that turn.

6/25/2020 1:35pm Trans-Cascadia refund update - entries can now be deferred to the 2021 event ----------------------- We issued a statement on Monday about the cancellation of the 2020 Trans-Cascadia and it only offered one option for this year's registered racers. We have since taken in the feedback that was provided by some of you and realized our error. These are unprecedented times and we admittedly don’t have all the answers. As the only multi-day event that is created solely as the result of a non-profit advocacy group and the work of volunteers, we are unable to look to other events to pave...

6/24/2020 11:03am I know it s tough for organizers, but this has been a world crisis and there should be exceptions to the rules in those conditions. It s ok to donate couple hundred dollars to the trails, but not a paycheck worth.

4/8/2020 8:24pm When the last day of Trans Cascadia was canceled due to snow, Romain and a few others still wanted to ride. I was struck by his otherworldly bike handling, his genuine excitement to ride, and his ability to do a surprise ~20 mile ride in the snow with no supplies but a smile and a pocket brimming with stoke. Romain is good shit, believe it.

3/26/2020 6:43pm Glad to hear the GG guys are weathering the storm okay, but this came off as a bit too promotional to me in such a difficult time. I couldn’t listen to the entire thing. I don’t know if I’m overly sensitive because of the situation, but the tone seemed inappropriate given the circumstances.

1/29/2020 5:49pm Wow, I really just had to stop listening. I’ve never heard so much raw opinion, covered up with “just my personal opinion here”! Seriously, does nobody get that the “sport” of mountain biking is also just something people do for fun? It’s not dumbing things down, it’s building people up, letting people grow into the potential sport side of it. I’ve run a bike park in Germany for five years now, and I’ve watched kids grow from only riding our easy flow trail, to the bigger green trail, to our enduro trail, to racing iXS Cups and doing pretty well...

9/4/2019 9:37am JD and his lil Bro were iconic local kids and there were a lot of them, that many of us tried to nurture and give wings in this savage sport...but this industry can be brutal, miss a beat/result and often you're done. It's a shame we let go of talent before it's prime. Looking forward to this one, a cool so cal bike family (Swanguens) that gave a lot to the scene. Cheers vital for continuing these interviews, share, like and subscribe! lol

8/8/2019 9:35am Thanks! The Exo+ is much much better for everyday trail use. I ran the DH and DD for a while, this is much more pedal able. May not be the fastest rolling but I do enjoy the bite. No inserts, I normally run between 25-30PSI.

8/16/2018 11:35am Loved this podcast, being from the other side of the Atlantic I’d never heard of this dude but had seen a vid of the crash years ago, by the end of the podcast I loved this guy like a friend, very endearing genuine guy and inspirational. I was sad when the podcast ended. I love these podcasts, especially the ones of lesser known people who have a story to tell, keep it up!!!!
