Good eye, the Avalanche Racing CR does have a shorter reservoir. It was shortened to clear Transition frames such as the Sentinel. There were no issues with the longer stock reservoir and the Specialized Enduro. The FF tuned Bomber CR has the stock reservoir length and did not have any issues running at the full 65mm stroke.

I've seem some people mention that the stock res. on a Bomber CR will cause frame interference on this model enduro. In your picture it looks like the Ava res is shorter but I can't tell if the fluid focus can...

Just wanted to say thanks for continuing to make a podcast, even in the offseason. I've listened to every episode, and look forward to every one, especially during the race season. Dak's insights of individual race conditions/challenges/outcomes etc. are great for a fan like me. Your efforts are appreciated. T Also, I would buy a Norton construction shirt in a heartbeat, just don't make it orange. As a former vital gear club subscriber (and future subscriber if you bring it back) I rep. vital gear on nearly every ride.

Oh yeah, my banh mi have become a dig day tradition that I love doing. I'll definitely be sponsoring a day or two where I make up a huge batch of slow cooked lemongrass pork and pickled carrot/daikon to spoil the crew with tasty sandwiches.
