You could probably get some of the sanding and polishing done with respective power tools, it's got some tight angles though, unless you've got some pretty small tools it's gonna be a bit of hand work no matter what.

just something about that raw!!! nice job on the polish and LOL your hands will never forgive you. also, NX shifter w/ shimano drivetrain? does it work well? super interesting.
