9/18/2024 8:55am I'll bite. I don't feel we're really seeing bikes eek up in travel but we are sometimes seeing more product offerings and certain models gain more travel which may make it feel this way. Put another way, I'm not riding a longer travel bike now than I was 6-7 (10?) years ago as my daily driver, and I bet if we dug into the Vital Rider Survey data or similar we'd find the mix of what people ride hasn't changed much either. A bike models name is just the name. That's it. You buy the bike based of what it...

3/24/2024 11:17pm And if we loop in 50 posts about how much strain our fingers will endure with Lewis' brake levers, we'll have come full circle. My damper is dampening with excitement.

3/5/2024 8:16pm I've had the old Code RSC's and the new Stealth Code brakes, and Stealths are way stronger. Apparently the swinglink is different from what I was told. I have the Mavens as well but haven't tried them on a trail yet but any arm fatigue I get is on steep trails. People must have super weak arms if they get tired on flow trails. You'll get stronger arms if you youtubers pick up a shovel once in awhile as well. #nodigjustride

1/25/2024 9:14am Heard the main reason Dak signed with mondraker is cause they are making him a signature handlebar, with 65mm rise and a crossbar.

1/9/2023 11:35pm Hah. I love looking at downvotes, but only to spot when the lemmings are fully onboard the KoolAid bus. The MTB fan boi's voted you down so hard for that one. Never gets old when you spot where mountain bikers think a fast DH guy can qualify for Anaheim 1. It's a shame that all these younger people fall for that nonsense. Palmer was one of a kind & we've not seen someone like him since. I love BK, but that he didn't go back & try again the right way tells me all I need to know. If he...

11/15/2022 3:11pm If you really think the manufacturing coats of Transition and Yeti (along with a few other brands) are the same, it does show you know nothing about the manufacturing process as well as carbon. It's not all the same.
