I am very happy with that Fork. The setup is definitely a little more fiddly, but that’s with all the high and low speed forks and shocks. But once it’s setup it doesn’t disappoint. Plush feel at the beginning of the stroke and the endstroke is up to your liking with the volume spacers. I can fully recommend it.

Does your SRSuntour Durolux C2R2 work well? I read a review where they couldn't use that damper due to issues. I think personally the reviewer couldn't get their head around dual speed compression, and rebound adjustments, so they just fudged it up, and complained instead.

I think this is the helmet I have. "RS" stands for Richie Schley? Mine is very easy to adjust, and I tried on all the helmets at the bike shop, and it fit the best. Still a little worried about bashing my face, so I might buy a full face, but this is as good as it gets when it comes to a standard helmet for me. Of course it was expensive when I found out it fit the best................Helmet reviews are pretty useless in that everyone's head is different, I just went to our city's one massive bike shop...

Call me crazy but wouldn’t it take an “Ocean’s Eleven” style planning of a heist to knock off a 160 bikes? I would love to hear Rocky Mtb explain how much security had to be negotiated to put this off. They probably know on some level, it had to be an inside job......cuz it wasn’t just a random tweaker with some bolt cutters

Nice. Yeah I'm really becoming a weight weenie, I used to think bicycle weight was just insignificant (I used to think, "I'm 250lbs, the bike's only a low percentage of the total weight"). I bought a Reynolds 520 cromoly frame, with a 7 inch fork, and it's like riding a big fat Cadillac. So now I need to save weight, and bad! Bicycle weight really limits skills, and what you can do with the bike in terms of maneuverability. I'm also trying to lose body weight, I'm heavy because I weight lifted for many years.

Thanks dude, upon your recommendation I decided to try them out. Might also buy the Shimano XT 8020 4 piston caliper, as right now I have the older XT 2 piston caliper. They fricking released the 4 piston caliper like a month after I bought the 2 piston FFS!!! And I'm heavy with weak hands, and need lots of braking power.

I would say they are worth while, yes. They cope with the heat much better due to being able to expand, don't transfer the heat to the hub/bearings, are lighter in larger sizes, and make sweet noises when they're cooling down
