Yea could always be Chain stay length and any 80mm Fork should fit in replacement of the stock fork just as long as it’s not a Manitou Fork otherwise you would need a 100mm fork. Bikes still not done got a few more things to go including new wheels. Upgrading your forks and Cranks will remove a significant amount of weight also if you find a good light hub I’d get one as well as most hub make the back feel a bit heavy

The fork I’m riding is set at 100mm travel but maintou forks have a smaller axle to crown height then most forks since the height of the lowers is shorter then most and the arch is bigger. 100mm manitou was about same height as my stock fork which should be the same as your. Haven’t weighed it yet but definitely a huge weight difference with switching the fork considering the stock fork is like 9-10 lbs. I kept my stock fork and plan on running the lowers off it on a newer dj1 on an an capital cause I like...

yes wasnt very fond of this frame but now i love it and eventually i want one of those norco frames they look so cool
