I think it could be a new frame, too. That kink/hunch in the opper side of the top tube behind the stem is new in my opinion. The current Sender's top tube seems to go straight down.

Hi Lee, thank you, well done! Did you protect the frame with foil? It doesn't look like. Anyway, too bad, I was hoping this was a 2021 color and I could buy it of the rack :-)

Lee, is that Yeti custom painted by you or can I buy that SB150 next year? I'm loving my orange SB150 but I need that yellow.

Thank you for your answer. After having tried the Geometron DH bikes are dead to me. If I'll ever need more than my current Yeti SB150, I'll get a Geometron in XL with 175/180 or 175/200 setting.

The SB150 is so capable that there is no need for this (for me. Heck, I retired my DH bike). I also think the guys who could put such a bike to good use can not afford it (and don't need carbon and switch infintiy) and those who can afford it don't really need it.

Great review! I had the chance to try a Geometron with Paul Aston in Morzine, down Plenay. And even though it was set up with the short travel option (160mm) I felt this could replace a DH bike. Even though I only meassure 6'1", I would even prefer to XL version.

Well done! Good weight, given the NX group set. How is the 2.6 treating you? I don't know if I want to try a 2.6 or leave it at 2.5 WT on a 30mm rim. I also don't know the difference really.

The questions is not carbon or aluminum. I was saying for carbon rims the Roval seem ok. The question if carbon rims are worth the money is a different one and honestly, I think its not justified. However, I must say that my SC Carbon have been trouble free, needed no truing, feel more precise than alu and come with a life time warranty (otherwise I wouldn't have dared to shell that cash). I mean, for that price you get half a YT Capra (my last bike).

I thought 1.6k is rather average for carbon wheels. I am still on my Santa Cruz Reserve Carbon Wheels, that I bought because of the good critic they received on this website. They cost 1700, which at the time was rather inexpensive for Carbon wheels. Rovals are hard to get.

In my opinion, every bike park short/pant must have two pockets big enough to hold the following: Pocket 1: Modern smart phone, say iPhone XR. Add credit card. Pocket 2: Lift ticket, bills, car key, mini tool (to adjust cockpit after crash, mostly the one from friends who didn't bring anything)
