10/30/2021 10:17am I recently bought a klx110 for my girlfriend to ride to ride when Im at the track. Went on a mtb ride the other day and had her pull me up the hill with this little dirtbike. We were flying past Ebikers at what felt like 20mph and I didnt even have to turn a pedal. Probably as close as you can get to the experience of ebiking without actually having to buy one.

@FLFlatLander, I'm not sure what point you're trying to make about glacial retreat or its connection to the creation of the Rockies (other than acknowledging that there have been colder climates in the States' past that we don't fully understand), but either way it sounds like you're skeptical of wind power, which is totally fine. While it's not the most effective form of renewable energy, nor the one with the least environmental impact, wind power is still viable and will only continue to improve as we develop the technology and explore effective locations for it's placement. There'll be places and...

Nope, still dont care. My cars do and will have Twin Turbo V8's, my bike, made by (slave) Chinese Labor will have coal-powered shifting (AXS) and I will not fret. Do what you want if it will make you feel better. So many in the US have so many mental illnesses, could be gender dysphoria or the delusion that recycling residential waste helps a thing. Continue on...Just don't try to propagate your false "reality" on the rest of us. BYW, with out the Glaciers the Rockies certainly would -not- be what they are today. Please, do not let reality get...

10/24/2021 9:53am Some great comments. I'm on my 2nd ebike. I sold my first (Scott eGenius) to my friend who left mtb a loooong time ago for moto. Long story short he sold his moto and loves the ebike, and now we are riding together quite often. Where we hadn't ridden together in like 10 years. I still have a regular mtb. Depends on the terrain, zone, legality, I ride both. I recently had a neck injury thing and couldn't do much, so I'm REALLY out of shape. The ebike makes me actually want to go out and ride. And to get...

There seems to be more evidence that the Gulf of Mexico may just be a crater as well. I have been to Meteor Crater (AZ) and that, itself would have altered the atmosphere for a long LONG time. Krakatoa cooled the earth for a bit (or so they claim).

The Matterhorn in Switzerland was carved away by glacial erosion. Zmutt Glacier occupies the large cirque on the west face of the mountain, and to the far left, a hanging glacier clings precariously to the side of the peak. —Credit: Photograph by Harry Fielding Reid. 1894. Zmutt Glacier: From the Glacier Photograph Collection. Boulder, Colorado USA: National Snow and Ice Data Center. About 85 percent of what is now Illinois was covered by glaciers at least once during the Pleistocene Epoch (1.6 million to 10,000 years ago) of the Cenozoic Era. The glacial periods affecting Illinois are known as the...

Those windmills never were and never will be an environmentally viable option to any delusion of saving anything. Cool vid, ignorant premise. The initial image from the cooling towers? Yeah, that is steam not smoke. Oh, until we figure out who melted the glaciers that created the Rocky Mountains and the rest of the geology in the US, well, I am just not going to worry about it.

10/23/2021 1:00pm Too early, yes, my joke detector was not working (seriously, today some "alternative" lifestyle "chicks"???????? were blocking a trail, and if you complained that it was impossible to go up a short but very steep incline due to them blocking it...well, you are an egocentric sis something jerk....OR...you were pre-riding a race course) Anyways, some folks spend their entire lives being victims...now, off to a professional sports event where I am soooooo looking forward to the Lets Go Brandon chanting :-)

10/21/2021 4:43pm yep, been playing around with AXS mech on 12 speed shimano ecosystem, works almost flawlessly. Not as good as a full SRAM setup, but still very good.

10/19/2021 4:56am Huh? That requires time. This is the internet, we must jump to immediate conclusions and make our opines based on fragments of reality. Works great for about 50% of the folks in the US! :-) Now, off to work (where we get to lay people off to get under 100 staff members). Fun day.

10/19/2021 4:38am Yesterday I was with a woman who was honestly using her 50 (might have been a 52) on some technical steep uphills...bike size XS on 27's - thank god she had it or she would have been walking. While I can not recall ever needing my 50, that does not mean that someone who uses it is lazy.
