Perhaps he’s doing it because the bushings lose their perfect roundness over time? This is something I have been curious about because I’ve heard other people say it. They claim bushings deform due to the fore and aft forces the chassis exerts on the bushings. My limited experience with bushing burnishing hasn’t yielded a mind-blowing effect yet, and I agree...
