New Fox 38 release date is March 26th 4pm UTC Nothing crazy - Glidecore air spring, X2 damper, speed hole arch. Weight starts at 2200g for 29" New 40 release date is March 19th 4pm UTC Similar treatment as the 38, but looks like a new mud guard and cassette tooling for the air top-cap

Question for the downvoters: have you ever considered, just not using your frame storage if you don't like it? Can we have a frame storage thread!? I'm at embarrassing levels of nerdy about it.

I'll preface this by saying, I've never owned/ridden a bike with a dropper longer than 175mm. I've had 2 AXS reverb in rotation on various bikes for the last few years, Evil Offering, Specialized Enduro, Epic Evo, Neuhaus Hummingbird, Specialized Stumpjumper, and Transition Spur. And I have ridden fairly gnarly trails with those posts, Pisgah, Kingdom Trails, Phoenix, Sedona, and Iceland. I cannot recall a single time when I had my seatpost completely dropped and thought, "man, I wish this were a little lower." Similarly, I've never had a crash or close call where I thought the seat's height was...

Seen a couple of listings for a Reverb AXS B2 - the new one last year was the B1 - anyone know if there's any actual differences?

Since it is my 40th birthday today, I may just order the that frame if it’s available tomorrow.

You're an amateur. I carry a ton of tools, but every other year or so something goes so horribly wrong I STILL have to walk back to the car. Bikes are pretty good though. My proudest trailside repair was actually roadside...blew a shifter cable 40 miles from home on a cold February day on my gravel bike. I had an extra cable in my little revelate gas tank bag. Fixed it, rode home.

Bosch fast charger coming later this year - 12amps. CX and CXR firmware update in May bumping torque and power to compete with Avinox and Specialized. Also TQ full power motor later this year. Fairly reliable source told me the new Santa Cruz Nomad will look like the new Bronson and Hightower. The Megatower is dead. Wasn’t able to confirm...

Last year I picked up the 240 EXP version on sale for 60% off. They are the most comfortable Enduro/DH rated wheelsets I have tried so far. So much that I recently sold my weareone convergence set which felt harsh in comparison. The EXP hub was a bit of a miss so hoping to re-lace it to a DEG + DF this winter.

This is all so interesting. Thanks guys! Our shop got the burnishing tool not too long ago (hence my limited experience) because it’s trendy, but I’ve been a bit skeptical especially considering all the alignment variables. Super glad I stumbled upon this thread, and the discussion regarding alignment. I’m curious about what Diaz is doing but don’t use Insta so...
I got rid of my RXF38 because I couldn’t get it to stop diving, bottoming out, and clunking. Ended up running 300psi in the ramp (off the chart) and 140psi in the main (200lbs rider), and still getting full bottom outs in scenarios where it should never happen. I’ve been wondering what actually makes that sound. Thought it’s the lowers...
Perhaps he’s doing it because the bushings lose their perfect roundness over time? This is something I have been curious about because I’ve heard other people say it. They claim bushings deform due to the fore and aft forces the chassis exerts on the bushings. My limited experience with bushing burnishing hasn’t yielded a mind-blowing effect yet, and I agree...
