We’ve had several cassettes be issues. One was my personal bike, drove myself crazy following and re-following the setup procedure. I swapped for a different cassette off one of our rentals and the issue with the 3rd cog resolved with no adjustment and the issue started on the rental. SRAM warrantied no questions. New cassette has been trouble free. Customer bikes have had the same deal. I personally prefer 90 over the zert-zert options because tension lets you micro adjust on the fly. Suspension has always been plush vs stiff. It's the rider, their mentality & that's all there is to it. If you're a guy who raced moto or BMX transitioning into DH...rigid is what you lean toward. MTB suspension is "boingy" & "mushy" until your riding style changes over a long time. You can keep the travel stiff when that's your background cause the DH bike just seems easier.
