Actually it is, since motor vehicles are not allowed on mountain bike or hiking trails. So there's that. Bicycle or motorcycle, choose one or one of each. Keep your moped shit off trails you have no right to ride. You know people are pretending to be cyclists on these and not sticking to atv trails.

This is one of my favorite favorite frames out there. Sad they put a 34 on there stock. I'm guessing with a 36 it would cross too far over to the Capra line? This setup looks wonderful. Cheers!

i appreciate that they're making this standard freehub compatible but a 615g cassette is a bit of a monster. could drop ~0.4lbs on cassette alone with an XT 11speed offering. but of course, lower cost comes with less expensive materials so it's understood. a smaller large cog or something else to get the weight down would be excellent.

when the info for the new capra came out they specifically pointed out that the headtube/frame is more than capable to handle a dual crown fork. would be interesting if this was turned into a race weapon

It's crazy to me how far of a departure this is from the "old" Demo. Nuts. They really like to keep their engineers and designers busy over there at Specialized
I assume the production (carbon) will be more flowy but yeah I agree...that was one clean bike. And soon you'll be able to pick it up used for way less!
