i can't imagine any company in the bike industry running their own web server when its more cost effective to lease from a server farm.

Brian_Peterson Added a comment about feature Op-Ed - DON’T SPOIL THE RESULTS IN THE TITLE

I go through this every Supercross season... On Saturday evening, I stop looking at my phone so I can get home from work, eat dinner, and then start watching the race that is recording.. FB and the internet will still be there a few hours later... But, in today's world, most people want the results RIGHT NOW! Some people don't seem to be happy unless their favorite site has results up before the end of the race...

Elliot is the guy I watch the most on the team right now... They've got some solid riders with great marketing potential, even without top finishes... In the social media age, a good personality will get more attention than finishes.. They are putting out some bikes at great price points right now.. The Stance 2 that my son is on...

I like what Elliot Jackson is doing these days and Marcelo and Jacob are no slouches so I really don’t have a problem with their program. Glory’s are still a popular rental bike and their reasonably specEd trail bikes generally sell out quick so I can’t see exactly what they are doing wrong.

I wouldn't say are wrong... Giant has never been a big marketing company like Specialized... The best marketing they've had in recent years was Yohan before he left... But, that was more him than Giant... I think Giant is content with getting some lower priced riders and hoping that they get some good press before moving on to a bigger...
I've honestly been doing this for years and it 100% works. Wheelie position is better than flipping it, being when you flip it the fluid often gets trapped in inner part of the stanctions (there is a little area for the fluid to sit). Storing your bike on a hook on a wall, too, helps. Keeps the oil on the seals, and on the foam wiper.

Hey Jeff, there have been a few instances across the several years of EWS where the water stops have run out of water, and the race in question was one of them, these guys are coming through the Aid stations after several hundred riders, and sometimes they just run out. Every ews rider is told to prepare for 2 hours unsupported on the bike, and our guys always do. so it was one of those shitty situations. As an example, in Rotorua a few years ago, the water ran out, as the support zone was quite remote, and the few...

From 2016 EWS in Chile. Now go read the list of ingredients on that Alphamine he's about to scoop in that bottle and you'll see higenamine listed. In 2016, when this photo was taken, it was not on the list of specified substances but was added in 2017. You can draw your own conclusion as to how it may or may have not ended up in a water bottle in 2018, and the degree to which that constitutes either willful doping/cheating or negligence of WADA updates resulting in a violation of the rules. Regarding 'specified substances' the UCI has...

I'm with the logic 100% *if* the doctor wasn't volunteering during a race and *if* he hadn't issued his own statement, which by all accounts is accurate (and to some extent puts his profession on the line). If Maes had some other doctor who wasn't "neutral support" and wasn't part of a race prescribe this sort of thing, I go "damn, that's unfortunate but you've got to impose some sort of pentalty". The fact he was *racing his bike* and had to make health decisions in the field where he received incorrect advice from the doctor pertaining to banned substances...
