    Hey thanks! I went with the 7.875x2.25 shock. All I had to do was get the correct sized bushings. Sorry, can't remember the size though. I went with the Fox polymer ones, and they have been working great.

    ps: does it affect the pedaling too much?

    I think the spring is a little too light for me, but even then the only time I feel extra movement is when I'm sprinting and really mashing the pedals. The correct spring rate will help minimize that. Looking down while pedaling I see more movement around theft pivots, but for me it doesn't feel any less efficient.
