The word gets thrown around a lot these days, but the Claw is a true legend, from slope style, to slope style tricks on huge mountains, he's a pioneer of modern freeride.

Few things. 1st, Cam Zink = Randy Couture. 2. I used to always associate the 360 drop and Specialized bikes w/ Claw. 3. I still think about Jordie Lunn talking about the snake going in the snake hole.

In addition to saying he 'lost fitness' at the DH races and didn't like how little he got to ride, Martin also mentioned that he felt enduro racing made him a better bike rider. I can see how for some the semi-blind, fully-pinned nature of EWS racing might actually translate into a sharpening of handling skills that could be beneficial in DH. Clearly it works for Martin, and I'd love to see both Sam and Richie have a go at some World Cup DH racing again.

Hopkins in life cycles was another epic hip send. I was also not there and have no actual idea who should have won whip offs, but it was clearly rigged cause the shots of Kaos were fucking unreal and he obviously should have won.

agreed, I like the look of a perfect 90 degree whip with full flow and fluidity over past 90 and looking ' janky ' , but let me be real here, I'd be happy with either if I had the skills or the balls !

I actually preferred the whips of Kade and Kaos, they just look more fluid and in control, not just the huck and pray of the winner. ***MY OPINION*** I DONT WANT TO START A WAR.
