I know this has been posted here before, but if you look at the strut/rocker link above the BB junction closely actually looks like there's nothing there and he's just been trolling old pictures of his forbidden bikes. At this point I'd say he could be going anywhere and these pictures are just him f***ing with us.

1/6/2021 7:18am Dartmoors enduro bike doesn’t look much like what’s in the picture, so that might be unlikely. Also for suspension i wonder if he’s gotten a deal with a smaller company like EXT or DVO

TRP and Rock Shocks? That would mean bought suspension, not sponsored and it's hard to imagine anyone buying RS stuff over some competing products in that position...

1/6/2021 6:30am Idk if he’s just trolling w this picture or if Scott is coming out with a new enduro bike because this looks nothing like the ransom/genius. Top tube doesn’t have that bend in it and quite frankly I have no idea what frame this is. Compared it to the prototype Jekyll from cdale and it doesn’t quite match up.

1/5/2021 11:25am I think it’s starting to become common knowledge that YTs don’t hold up under hard/heavy riders. Last year (2019)highland bike park was full of em and this past year I’ve seen significantly less with commencal, specialized, and Santa Cruz nomads all taking over

2020 has been the most successful year in YT company history. Number are online if you know where to look. To me this is just an unprofessional statement from a guy I once had tons of respect for, but who is now beyond his peak and probably pissed that he may not be getting the same contract he's held in more successful years.

Yoann definitely seems like he would be all over having domestically produced gear since it's environmentally friendlier since it isn't getting shipped across the globe. Could also maybe be forbidden frame?

Yoann Barelli to Kona. Follows no other bike brands other than Kona and also follows their communications manager. With Rhys Verner off the Kona Gravity (shitty for Kona) it opens up a spot for another sponsored rider.
