I've got a lot of love for what Commencal has done in the past couple of years. Their Supreme DH is still my dream downhill bike. To be fair, commencal did make a few carbon bikes with their meta and Skin frames...

Mr. Commencal seems very switched on, first person I agree with on both E-Bikes and the 29er DH movement. Yes the 29er has merit's in DH, but it's far from an absolute superior wheelsize (Gwin and Brosnan proving that), so keep both and let us have the choice! That proto looks sweet though

I never claimed they were the ONLY brand to break the rules. But when you look at all the different aspects of their business and the choices they made, it adds up to a brand that does things their own way, that's all. Once again, there are other brands who do as well.

Go back a few years and you'll find reliability stories about pretty much every brand out there. Big Brand X had a snapped chainstay epidemic, Big Brand Y cracks in the seat tube junction, Big Brand Z had to pretty much recall their DH bikes...and the list goes on. Brands learn, improve, and move on. We've had a long term Meta AM V4 that remained solid for 2 years. We replaced a few bearings, for the rest it was smooth sailing.

Please at least try and contact a company before posting this sort of thing. The same story has been floated about elsewhere and I'm fairly sure Marzo have said its just their moto range and the mtb side will be unaffected. The last thing they need is for unconfirmed rumours just as the mtb side is really picking up speed again and making some great products.

less noise is not enough, they should be noiseless, if you own avid/sram your friends will always know you are coming.
to bleed shimano breaks you do not need any special tool that cost you extra money.
