The Sentinel is still a bit more descent hungry than the Stumpjumper 15. It just rides with more authority and isn't as light on its feet as the Stumpy when it comes to moving the bike around. Not to say you can't get jiggy on the Sentinel. I would just pick it over the Stumpy if I was heading to a bike park or going shuttling since it felt more composed in the rough stuff. Climbing abilities are really similar. I rode the Stumpy with an Eliminator/Bucher GridTrail casing tire combo, and the Sentinel with a High Roller 3/Assegai DH...

I'd like to nominate all the brands that make steel or Ti frames.

In short: A space for you to share brands that produce bikes, gear, components, nutritionals, etc, etc in an environmentally sustainable fashion. Brands that focus on producing their goods with minimal ecological footprint, ethical manufacturing practices, smart packaging, recyclable/repairable goods, or local-to-you manufacturing. Brands that you admire, that 'do it right', and go above and beyond. Would love for this...

I'll kick this off with a mention to Patagonia for their mountain bike clothing. Being as big of a brand as they are, I think it's admirable that so much of their focus goes into producing gear with recycled materials, produced in fair trade factories, and their commitment to repairing/recycling clothing. I have a few pieces of their mountain bike...

The triangle shaped lines towards the end of the stroke on the air shock, could those be there to dial in the hydraulic bottom out control dial?

Any one have an idea of when rockshox will be releasing this new suspension to the public? Eager to get my hands on one of these new shocks!

Curious to know what Sven's film setup was back in the day. Camera, preferred film stock, etc - I know he touched on this on episode 1, but would love to know more.

I wonder if they're testing a similar idler position to what the Scott team did back in the day, right at the main pivot. That should help isolate chain forces from the suspension, right?

Upon zooming in on the original photo, the rear shock looks a heck of a lot different than the current Super Deluxe. Maybe a new shock in the works from Rockshox? 'Bout time they updated the Super Deluxe to keep up with Fox.
You guys killed it with this test! I also really enjoyed the Inside Line leading up to this - thought it was one of the best Inside lines yet. A lot of riders these days (me included) have one bike as their do-it-all bike, do you guys think that an e-bike (particularly the Levo SL) could replace that one bike as their do it all trail bike? Or would having an e-bike always be a secondary bike to your analog bike? For riders who spends most their time earning their turns, having a 'one bike fits all' bike like the...

ah the good ol' days. Brendog and blenki were some of the loosest riders on the circuit. Ben Reid would win practice. Blackbox program in full force. Rider's kits looked more like pajamas than race kits. Those mudguards haha (how didn't with think of fenders before) Carbon frames were just starting to be introduced into WC racing (I was a skeptic). Peaty was on the hunt. Freecaster. Everyone as a whole was looser on a bike and made those tracks seem extra gnarly. Crazy how far we've come in a decade.... Can we get another one of these but even...
