I'm subscribed to Suspension Component Technology/Functionality Discussion thread and it shows as such if I visit the thread, but I don't get email notifications of new posts. Other threads (mostly?) work fine. A bug?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We're looking into it and will get back to you.

"FOX Podium Inverted MTB Fork - Questions, Answers, Reviews" can also be added to the list.

While I'm here, I already mentioned this a while back, but would it be possible to get only one e-mail when the first new post is posted, but no following e-mails until you open the thread and check the new content? It would lead to A LOT less e-mails sent (and less notifications).

The problem of email notifications not being sent has been addressed. Let me know if you're still not receiving them.

As far as consolidating notifications, we'll look into that.

Suspension Data Acquisition, Muc off sealant and Tuned Mass Dampers topics can also be added to the no notifications category...

Sorry, that one was just turned off (no idea why), turning it back on solved it.

Are the other ones you listed not working properly?

I think we've got this fixed. Please let me know if you're still seeing the problem.

Considering the Podium thread lit up yesterday but did not do that 2 days ago, I think it should be working, yeah. I'll keep a lookout.

I've been stewing over this for a long time... At some point there was an update that changed how I can view the forums. My eyes aren't that great and sometimes I don't have my glasses with me. I struggle to read text or want to zoom in on a picture to get the details. But when I try to zoom in on a Vital forum, it will skip up or down and not stay on what I wanted to see closer. If I then try to scroll back up or down to see it, it will move again. Every once in a while I get lucky. Most of the time I just give up in frustration. VitalMTB is the only site where I've ever had this issue. Am I just crazy? Or is this site the crazy one?

I'm not seeing that problem. What model of device, OS version, and browser are you using? If you haven't updated your OS and browser in a while, that's always a good start.

Agreed. Also have noticed not being able to zoom in on bike of the day photos for quite a while to check out detail.

Using multiple Mac platforms and OS, I was assimilated.

We've been bombarded this year by AI bots. This is something many sites have been experiencing. This junk traffic drives up our hosting costs, and can slow the site down for regular users. We've had to get a lot more aggressive about blocking suspicious traffic, so sometimes legit users get caught up in that. We're always fine-tuning things, so we appreciate the feedback.

Thank you. I am experiencing the same “white screen” on Os as well. Have to do circuitous things in order to get my fill of team, tech, and racing rumors.

So...are you saying I can no longer log into the site from Chrome? Or is there some cache setting or something I need to change? Something to do with VPNs I might can change?

From my iPad I was not able to log in directly on a new browser window in safari. When inclosed all the pages that were open and closed the safari app, i was able to log in no problem.

We made a few changes to address this. Please try again. You may see a "challenge" question to verify that you're not a bot.

Still seeing the white screen. Able to access the are through an iPhone but not a tablet.
Tried using private mode on tablet and was able to get to the front page, but it would not allow me to sign in.
Using phone to write this.
“Hello this is IT, have you tried turning it off and on?” Yes, yes I have.

Have figured out my ip address if that will help resolve this issue.  But messaging directly is taking me to an html view immediately.

We've made a few changes to our filtering, so please try again. If you're still experiencing the problem, try clearing your cookies/cache. If it's still not working properly, please email me your IP address to support@vitalmtb.com so we can take a closer look. Thanks.

Would it be possible to have an option for dark mode?

Any updates on this? The accessibility menu's high contrast feature tries to something similar but doesn't. I wouldn't mind asking about this if I didn't end up browsing this forum too often in total darkness in the middle of night.

I also feel that returning from a topic back to main listing (navigation latency) is comparably slower than usual forums in internet. It feels like the browser is loading the page all the way from scratch and not from cache. I'm not an expert on this but the delay is right on the edge where it feels irritating.

Other than these small glitches the content and contribution for this forum is absolutely diamonds.

Just wanted to circle back.  Since the introduction of the five character humanoid check, things have been golden. Thank you for thinking of  something to implement.
Edited* for spell check idiocy while at work.

Sorry about this. Are you getting captchas with every page load? Every session? Help us understand the frequency. Also, is there anything unusual about your setup? Do you browse in private/incognito mode, clear your cookies regularly, use a VPN, have privacy-oriented browser plug-ins, etc.? Are you on a mobile or desktop device, and what browser are you using? I appreciate your help with this.

I’m having this same issue in the US. Every time I open the site on my phone. I am logged in.

Approximately how long does the captcha last? Is it only once per session? Are you using a VPN or browsing incognito?
