It's pretty funny how the GM stuff comes out and how quickly people move on. Marketing is a fickle one.
Personally, I'm excited and all... but I was a lot more excited about it a month or so ago when the rumor first started firming up. It's been all but confirmed for quite a while and the biggest "news" in DH team rumors for a while. It's not a huge surprise that once it becomes official, people move on. It's been in the news cycle for a while, and they've gotten a good bit of mileage out of the signing already.
That being said... the transcript of Greg's interview really shows what an asset he is to a brand. His ability to talk shop and really sell a brand's story/quality is second to none.
We had already pretty much assumed it was the case already, so it wasn't much of a surprise.
I’m really curious about where Mark Wallace will end up. Hard to imagine it was a 1 year contract.
Wondering 🤔 if it was a multi year but with a performance clause such as X number of top 20 finishes, he was let go.
His IG profile doesn’t mention anything about a brand or team. Can’t remember if it did.
For Mark to grow up riding on a Norco , eventually joining the team in 2023 after years with Devinci and Canyon, has to be disappointing.
i too grew up riding Norco since I was 4 or 5 years old, have a brand loyalty so to see Mark not with the team or brand anymore kinda sucks

Really @alvarohernandez2000? Very astute. The point I was trying to make was those who know Lou will know she is quite distinctive amongst the elite women riders for her very long hair. I'm quite aware the top rider is a woman though thanks, haha.
