I'd say "hurry up, June!", but I don't want to miss out on all of the riding between now and then.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this coming season might be one of the tightest races for the series overall as far as the top-5 go. It will be hard to beat the Gee/Greg battle from a few years ago as far as the top-2, but I could see the leader's jersey switching riders frequently unless you-know-who continues his torrid pace.

Vital OTB should be, as Fabien would say, challenging this season.

I know this is all made for tv and stuff, but Sam on the couch sippin a monster in flip flops, that's how you prepare for 2013...

It would be nice to know he's at least riding a spin bike while watching world cups on tv or something. I'm sure he's not out of shape but if he's really looking to pull on some rainbow stripes then there should be little time for him to be sitting on the couch. I doubt his competition is.

You do know rest is as important as working out. When you work out it breaks muscles down, they're really building up during the rest part of a training regime. Anyway it's a five minute video with an interview he's allowed to be sitting down.....

LOL It's just that i'm not sure i've ever seen him training. He could instill fear in his competitors if he was at least seen on a road bike or pedaling uphill, or on flat ground for that matter.

He's got to give his sponsors some air-time...no? Besides, the first WC isn't until June and it's going to be a tightly-packed season. No need to over-do it this early in the game.

It would be interesting if Sam Hill can win on non-Blackbox equipment- but I guess that will not happen.
