Tahnee on her way to a World Cup DH win in Les Gets. She kept her run clean and consistent, despite the rain setting in, and took the win by .2 seconds. -Sven Martin

Yeah Tahnee! That Champagne shower was defo yours. @maddogboris

8
Winning Bike plus Dad and Team Manager, Tony Seagrave. He's obviously winning the sock game too. @maddogboris
10
8
When you start on a nearly fresh track...@maddogboris
10
8
Thibaut Daprela - the dark knight into the light. In very wet and sketchy conditions, Thibaut did what most thought wasn't possible -put down a run to compete with those who ran in the dry. Not only did he do that, he won the race by 2.4 seconds in the end. -Sven Martin

Thibaut Daprela smashing the last corner before winning his first Elite race. @maddogboris
10
8
Daprela happy to stomp one, clean fast run when it counted after a challenging week of questions and decisions. -Sven Martin
10

Another French win in France. Thibaut Daprela knew he had laid down a heater. -Dan Hearn

Thibaut doing the Formula-1-champagne-thing. @maddogboris

Leader's jersey for someone who almost didn’t ride this week. Sometimes luck is on your side (as long as there is plenty of hard work and determination behind it). -Sven Martin
10
8
When we met Thibaut early morning before practice, we actually thought he just here to check lines for his teammates. Didn't expect this to be a portrait of a race winner this week. @maddogboris
10
8
Inside or outside that is the question. -Sven Martin

Canyon Collective FMD Junior, Phoebe Gale, getting low in training before winning the race on Saturday @maddogboris

Junior, Phoebe Gale crushed it in finals and took her first win. -Dan Hearn

Yeow Jackson Goldstone! First Wold Cup win for the Canadian Shredder. @maddogboris
10
8
A strong performance from Jackson Goldstone who was attacking from training to finals. 1st place for the Canadian Junior. -Dan Hearn
10
8
Jackson Goldstone was over the moon to take his first World Cup win and it seemed his competitors were, too. Good vibes in the Junior field. -Dan Hearn
10
8
Is this a photo or a video? The lift was so slow, it's hard to know the difference. @maddogboris
10
8
From her first runs on the new track it was obvious that Myriam Nicole was both confident and focused. A crash in the woods cost her the win, but she was happy with all of her preparation and overcoming of fears this week. -Sven Martin
5

PomPon was already fully pinned in her first training runs. Most MediaSquids would have probably put the money on her for the win. @maddogboris
10
8
Myriam Nicole came in super confident this week and jumped the blind, tech and big road gap early on the first day of training. One of only four women to do so this weekend. -Sven Martin
10
8
Pompon admits she’s ok by being beaten by Tahnee. The two have helped each other back through multiple tough injuries the past few seasons. Sometimes rivals can work together and not against each other. -Sven Martin
10
8
Max Hartenstern is the first German male to stand on a World Cup podium in 13 years. -Dan Hearn

Max Hartenstern is a grafter. He’s been getting great splits all week and held it together for 2nd in finals. -Dan Hearn
10
8
Madison Junior, Jordan Williams, taking in the view and stoked on a 2nd place in Junior Men. @maddogboris
10
8
Izabela Yankova finished 2nd in Junior Women just 2.2 seconds off the win with some impressive green splits on the way down. @maddogboris
10
8
Plenty of options for a trail bike around here. -Sven Martin
10
8
Camille Balanche keeps on trucking. When it's steep, tech and slippery, she really comes into her own. Third on the day and leaving with the leader's jersey still on her back. -Sven Martin
10
8
Baptiste Pierron sprinting for the last jump before the finish @maddogboris
10
8
Coming here we always expected Pierron to be on the podium. We didn’t think it would be Baptiste. Well done, flying the family flag high! -Sven Martin

Anastasia Thiele in the race run that landed her on the podium in Junior Women. 3rd place. -Sven Martin
10
8
3rd place Junior, Lachlan Stevens-Mcnab, was possibly the only rider to inside the last berm in finals. -Dan Hearn
10
8
And then it turned into a spectacle! Love it when Juniors let loose. Sideways-step-out on the final berm Lachlan out of New Zealand. -Sven Martin

Good to see teams like FMD developing new talent in both Men's and Womens Junior divisions. Double win for the two ladies. -Sven Martin

Max Commencal has racing in his DNA, it’s part of his business and part of his life. His passion is evident and it's no surprise that success follows. -Sven Martin

Reece’s Rut. This shot is from training day so imagine the state of the ground during finals. Marshalls were having to pack it down with shovels between runs. -Dan Hearn
10
8
Reece Wilson. Only one foot off the main line, but it made all the difference, slingshotting him straight into the booter out of the woods with much more speed than anyone else. A little bit of a brake check and he would have sealed an amazing run in the toughest of conditions. -Sven Martin
5

The aftermath of Reece’s race run. Aptly cheered on by the wildest of the mob here in Les Gets. -Sven Martin
10
8
Reece Wilson, peakless, battered and muddy, but surely one of the most memorable runs in years. -Dan Hearn
10
8
This is a picture of Reece Wilson which actually resembles his crazy race run. @maddogboris
10
8
It was war out there this weekend. More DNS and injuries than we’ve seen in a long while. What a track! -Sven Martin
10
8
Sad to see Marine (and many others) out with injury from the super-awkward, blind and tech road gap. It's a fine line downhill racing treads balancing both safety and legitimacy. -Sven Martin
10
8
Troy had a tough weekend in both qualifying and race run. Not often we see him crashing twice against the clock. -Sven Martin

When the top men struggle and are scared of features, you know it's legit. Or too much? -Sven Martin

That´s how you make World Cup winners happy - pimp their Scooters. @maddogboris

Greg Minnaar with the best result out of the top qualifiers. He rode an attacking-yet-clean run in the rain to a very credible 7th position. -Sven Martin

The last man down the hill. Loic's fans were waiting hours in the rain for this moment! @maddogboris
10
8
Fat and Furious was just way too good. Can you spot Loic in there? @maddogboris
10

Quali-winning run by Loic Bruni. Hope you listened to his interview to know more about his perspective of the rainy race. @maddogboris

Connor Fearon feeling quite at home in Europe. -Sven Martin
10

Good, old French open piste - perfect for slalom in the winter and French Downhill World Cups in the summer. Mille with some cross-training. -Sven Martin

Finn looking clean. He’s always a favorite on wet, tech tracks but it didn’t go his way this weekend afternoon after qualifying seventh. -Sven Martin
10

10

Noga was happy to qualify and race in the final. This will give her heaps of skill and speed at this week's EWS in La Thuile. -Sven Martin
10
8
Luca Shaw flat out. Using trees for berms when he needs to. Steve Peat, Syndicate honcho, in the audio. -Sven Martin

Man, what a boy. I saw him going so fast and taking plenty of crashes this week. All-or-nothing always for Kade Edwards. -Sven Martin
10
8
#USDH - Christopher Grice has the speed and lines in training, now he just needs to shift into another gear on race day. -Sven Martin
10
8
Some rolled this, others squashed it just past the roots. Not Phil Atwill. Don't ever change! -Sven Martin
10
8
Charlie Hatton was looking like one of the quickest all week on this steep, wet, tech track. He got swapped in a moto rut on a lip and suffered a big crash, concussion and body bruising. He will be welcoming the extended World Cup break. -Sven Martin
10
8
Wide and slippery with ruts and stumps and trees to navigate. A lot harder to pull off at race pace than it looks. Pau pinned. -Sven Martin
10
8
Mille Johnset with her first Elite podium. Choosing to stay on the dry tires paid off for her. -Sven Martin
10
8
Remi Thiron. We know he would have wanted more out of this track and conditions, but his race run was a clinic in technique, on his own lines as usual. -Sven Martin
10
8
Kade Edwards sliding sideways around the final, rain-slicked berm. Trek colors matching the French flag he's about to fly under. -Sven Martin

We freakin love the crazy French Fans, and so does Benoit Coulanges who's barely visible at light-speed in this picture. @maddogboris
10
8
The lift in Les Gets was so slow that some riders fell asleep midway and nearly fell off. @maddogboris
10
8
Nina Hoffmann had the idea to roll the road gap instead of taking the b-line. Turned out she was a bit too fast and broke her collarbone. @maddogboris
10
8
Mark Wallace had a close call landing the roadgap. Luckily his bar-dragging skills saved him. Stoked to see Sharky on the Podium @maddogboris
