Heard about an updated transition spur recently, similar design language as the new sentinel, still has a flex stay and seems to be 120/120. No word on release date.
Thanks for the scrolling format. I love the nerdery, but always give up on having to swipe through.

The capable pedal assisted speed of an e-bike on a trail is not doing nearly as much damage to the trail as riders with poor braking skills. Or the group ride that's stomping around the sides of the trail to get videos, making the trail more susceptible to erosion. It's 3mph. I can pee 3mph. I've also had a head on collision requiring facial reconstruction surgery. 3mph wouldn't have made my face any less jacked up.

$280 USD for the new Speedframe? Does it incorporate a mini air conditioning unit? A button that summons a bike butler to clean and store your bike after you ride? It must come with some kind of wild premium feature to cost that much.

The rocker follows a pretty similar shape as their trunnion mounted bikes. The seat tube looks almost identical to transition alloy frames and the lines on the down tube look very transition imo. Also the cable port and bottom of head tube look very similar to the alloy patrol/spire frame. ANVL bar is hard to ignore as well.

Parents of current and future mini mountain bikers are in a great place right now. The number of high-quality, youth-sized full-suspension mountain bikes is growing faster than the feet of the kids who pedal them. Earlier this year, Giant threw their hat into the ring with two Faith models equipped with either dual 24-inch wheels (tested) or a 27.5/26-inch mixed wheel configuration. Not only are the frame and wheel sizes fit for pint-sized punting, but suspension kinematics have been developed with lightweight riders in mind. They feature a new short-travel, adjustable dropper post and even wheelsets that are tuned for...

Add a Zeb/38 as a control. Do it. It'd be a good test

The other part of the equation is master cylinder piston diameter. The smaller it is the more leverage it has over the pistons in the caliper. Think of it like you had interchangeable dropouts on your bike and you added 100mm to the rear end of your bike, that’s going to increase the leverage on the shock. The lower the amount of fluid moved for the same amount of piston movement/lever movement the more hydraulic leverage the master has. Hayes use a 9mm bore in the dominions (as far as I know) which is why they have very high hydraulic...

Did anyone catch Forbidden's Instagram story with the RS Pike on the front of the druid? I thought people were mostly running these with 150/160mm forks, new high pivot DC bike??
